a. Sourcing / Calling prospective candidates and informing of job openings available to us through our clients

b. Screening / Profiling the candidates based on their Resumes.

c. Scheduling the screened candidates for interview.

d. Follow up to ensure candidates attend interview as scheduled.

e. Follow up with the candidate and recruiter on status of candidature.

f. Document the process on Microsoft Excel / ERP and recruitment tools provided by the firm.

g. To perform all passive activities of recruitment like job posting , mailers, etc as instructed.

• 80% time is required to be spent on phone, The candidate must be passionate and energetic talking to people .
• Minimum Qualification Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA-HR)
• Should have Good computer knowledge (MS Office & MS Outlook) and Excellent Internet skills.
• Should have excellent communication skills oral & written .
• The Job does not require the person to travel, it is purely a office job.
• The office timing would be from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm.
